Atlanta - Horizon Citrix workspace "resource unavailable" errors

Some Horizon customers in Atlanta report "resource unavailable" errors when launching Horizon from Citrix workspace. These same customers are able to log in via the web interface. At this time, we are unable to replicate the errors and we do not believe the issue stems from problems within the hosted environment. We will continue to work with those customers who report the problem to Customer Support.
