UPDATE: Issues Reported Calling into Support from Australia and New Zealand

We're working with our vendor on the toll-free numbers for Australia and New Zealand.  In the interim, if you have a down system or other urgent issue please submit a Chat with Support and request a call back. 

For similar emergencies outside of regular Support business hours, the following International number will work from either Australia or New Zealand: +18012235200 .  Once the Support Technician is on the line, please provide the best number in which to reach you and request that the technician call back.

We are aware of issues dialing into Support from Australia and New Zealand.  If you were affected by this issue while trying to call in to create a case, please either reach out to Support via support@sirsidynix.com or via online chat.  Updates will be posted here.
