Horizon login and profile issues - RESOLVED

The issue with profiles was associated with the backend server upgrade which occurred over the weekend. The changes were reversed. All customer profiles should be back to normal.

We will perform additional research to prevent this from reoccurring and reschedule the upgrades. 
 

original posting - We are aware that some Horizon customers are experiencing issues with their roaming profiles. We are working on a resolution. Further updates will be posted here.
