NOAM BLUEcloud Service Outage

3:00 pm (MDT) - All products affected by today’s outage are fully restored on all servers. If you have any remaining issues, please contact Customer Support for assistance. 

2:20 pm (MDT) - The BLUEcloud products affected by today’s outage are fully restored on the NA2 and NA3 servers. If you have any remaining issues, please contact Customer Support for assistance. The work on restoring and testing NA1 should be completed by 3:00 pm MDT.

1:20 pm (MDT) - Service to BLUEcloud Analytics and Community Engagement Platform Events has been restored. We continue to work on the NA1, NA2, and NA3 environments and expect that they will be fully usable shortly. 

12:20 pm (MDT) - We are in the process of restoring service to affected products, beginning with BLUEcloud CAT/CIRC/ACQ and BLUEcloud Analytics. We anticipate full functionality to be restored for all products within two hours.  

11:20 am (MDT) - We are in the process of restarting the BLUEcloud servers in Atlanta (NA1, NA2, NA3) that host BLUEcloud Core/CAT/CIRC/ACQ/Staff, CloudSource, BLUEcloud Analytics, and Community Engagement Platform (CEP). 

9:30 am (MDT) - We are currently investigating service connectivity issues for all BLUEcloud products hosted in Atlanta.   This post will be updated when more information is available.
